This property is situated on a quiet 1+ acre with gated entry and has a long driveway to accommodate 10+ vehicles. Large backyard for catering/equipment (overnight storage available for $100 flat rate fee). Located about 1/2 mile from Nyack Beach State Park and less than 2 miles from the charming and bustling town of Nyack. 30 mins from George Washington Bridge. GENERAL RULES: Adult filming is not allowed No smoking Pets allowed on case by case basis Smoke machines not allowed Start and end times are hard set Outside catering/food allowed (utensils not provided) Alcohol allowed Shoe coverings required indoors COI required Overtime is 1.5x hourly rate ($300/hr) Crews larger than 35 are billed at $400 an hour Production must abide by the local sound law By law (Upper Nyack Village filming permit), garbage and recycling must be taken with crew *Your reservation must include all of the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the property. You may not enter the property early and you are expected to vacate no later than the time your reservation ends. This is our home and we are happy to share it, but please be respectful.
