Kristen was an incredible host. She had messaged us before arriving that the garage was open and we can store our gear inside incased it rained. The house is gorgeous and spacious to film in. We utilized a few rooms in the house and the front of the house. Kristen was also readily available if we had any questions or concerns.

We had an incredible experience here. The yard is amazing. Nice to have privacy on the property. Having multiple areas of the house was perfect for staging scenes and having enough rooms to spread out cast and crew. Host was communicative and helpful! The parking was a little tighter than anticipated since it’s a narrow driveway you have to stack in cars but other than that it was just as pictured. I missed the note on carrying out your own trash which posed a bit of a problem for us, so plan time and budget for carrying your waste to the dump if you shoot here. Would definitely come back! Great overall :)

Kristen and Guy were incredibly gracious and attentive hosts who had the flexibility to extend the hours needed to complete our Indie shoot. Their property and home is immaculate, with plenty of space in the basement for cast and crew holding for our 15 person team. As it is a modern home, there are plenty of 20amp power outlets for lighting and accessories. Highly recommend.
