Newly renovated in 2020 this home is located in the Prospect Park South Area of Brooklyn, less than 1/2 block to the Parade Grounds (football pitches, baseball fields, basketball courts and a cafe) and 1 block south of Prospect Park. It's a large, charming house with parking spaces and less than 5minutes walk to the Q & B train. Big rooms, backyard, beautiful details, wood floors, home gym, open-plan kitchen, etc. Please note that the rate listed is for a small-scale photography shoots and the hours are set for day shoots only.
