About the Space

This is an intimately sized Pilates and movement studio space (one room), full of natural light (2 South + 2 West facing windows) and designed to create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. It is outfitted with brand new (2021) STOTT PILATES Equipment, including: Rehab V2 Max Plus Reformer V2 Max Plus Reformer SPX Max Plus Reformer Each Reformer has a Vertical Frame Tower for expanded use as well as the ability to convert each into raised mats. Split-Pedal Stability Chair A variety of props and accessories, including foam rollers, stability balls, resistance bands, and more. In addition to the Pilates equipment listed, there's additional floor space for 4-6 exercise mats (4 mats onsite). The atmosphere is light, bright and airy; the space is very tidy and well organized and is abundantly decorated with plants to bring the outdoors in for a tranquil, modern feel.
