This upscale, women-owned mental health practice provides innovative, evidence-based therapy services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Established by experienced trauma specialists, the practice is dedicated to helping individuals overcome trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression through personalized, modern treatment approaches. Holistic Healing Space (Multi-purpose Group Room): Group therapy and wellness sessions take place in this thoughtfully arranged room featuring warm wood-style flooring, an uncluttered layout, and comfortable meditation cushions, bolsters, and yoga mats. Rent and rearrange to meet your needs - - Meetings, workshops, sound baths, retreats, filming, photo shoot, etc. Mindful Design Elements: Large amber- and copper-toned mandala wall hangings create a grounding focal point and contribute to the calming atmosphere. Soft, Restorative Lighting: Rather than relying on bright overhead lighting, the space is illuminated by suspended paper lanterns and softly glowing floor candles, creating a peaceful ambiance well-suited for sound healing, group integration sessions, and intensive trauma-focused work. Practice Overview Specialized Therapeutic Services: Clinicians are extensively trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a leading trauma-focused therapy. The practice is also recognized for offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and immersive, extended-session healing programs designed to support deeper therapeutic progress. Flexible Treatment Options: Clients may choose between in-person and virtual therapy sessions, with appointment lengths available in 30-, 60-, or 90-minute formats to accommodate varying needs and schedules. Client Populations Served: The practice provides customized mental health services for adults, teenagers, couples, and women seeking specialized therapeutic retreats and intensive healing experiences. Fees and Insurance: Services are offered on a private-pay basis, and the practice does not accept insurance plans, however, currently working to panel a couple clinicians to accept major insurance plans.
