THE SPACE Welcome to our modern boho style home! Originally built in 1958, the house was renovated earlier this year, updating it while maintaining the charm of the home. The floors were restored to their original gorgeous white oak, and the paint choices and wallpaper add a lot of life and texture to the space. The entertaining areas - which include a living room, dining room, kitchen and large sunroom - connect through large 6 ft wide archways, making the entire area feel very bright and open. Off the kitchen is a small deck, as well as a concrete patio area and fenced in backyard. Also on the main level are three bedrooms available for filming or for use as greenrooms, video village, HMU or DIT. These include a master, a guest room and a baby nursery. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is one additional bathroom in the hallway. On the upper level is a playroom and two home offices which could also be used for filming, video village, HMU or DIT. The main level of the home can either be accessed from the front walkway, which does include stairs or through the basement, which also includes stairs.
