About the Space

A beautiful old home with original floors and tasteful bohemian/mid century furniture. The yard is sprawling with incredibly fruit trees and cactus, with two flat tiers and a inner city fruit orchard on the hill (plantain, citrus, pomegranate, apple, plum etc). With a functional recording studio in the living room, and a drum room connected it's the perfect place to shoot any studio BTS, or any photo or film shoots that need a functional and tasteful live/work space. If you want to actually use the studio let me know and we can discuss additional rate for our in house engineer. The patio is another great place to shoot, complete with picnic table and classy bbq.
