Bedroom is accented with a deep blue tropical wallpaper statement wall and living room has a subtle hibiscus mural to give a tasteful tropical feel.
Featuring 11-foot ceilings, the mini-loft exudes elegance with its pristine white color scheme, blue tile accents, and light-colored LVP floors. The inviting tropical statement wall in the bedroom adds a touch of warmth and character.
There are 4 steps to the the mini-loft with a queen bed. A 50" Amazon Fire TV and dedicated work area with a spacious 72-inch desk is available for your professional needs.
Located in a safe residential neighborhood, parking is conveniently available in the driveway just steps away from the front door. Enjoy the sitting area outside the unit and access to a fenced backyard for relaxation.

The mini-split heats and cools the unit very quickly. The 2 large egress windows provide beautiful natural light as well as fresh air.
We have provided an awning over the door, a runner and mud tray for shoes when the weather is rainy.
