51 acre private island with a small 1980's stilt home. It is located about 50 miles NW of Orlando. The home has been updated inside. The property has a lot of wet lands and a few acres that are dry and have been cleared. There are many trees and palm trees. There is a dock. The area around the property is natural and you would see no other homes on the shore. The property is currently for sale but we would not let the sale interfere with any agreements arranged before a sale contract is signed.
