About the Space
Great property with fresh paint and new tile throughout. Large entryway with built-in desk! The garage was renovated to add a 4th bedroom and large utility room. The fenced-in backyard is a nice size and has a storage shed. House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per petto cover cleaning costs.
