Its large, floor-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of beautiful natural light and give way to sweeping south and east views of the canyon and surrounding mountains. Many locations on the ranch are also available as add-ons: horse stables, riding arenas, aviary, desert wash, dirt roads, canyon trails etc. Negotiable by case. There is ample room in the driveway and road for trucks - and space for about 40 cars in the lot just below the house. The ranch has plenty of additional parking available for bigger basecamp and crew vehicles (see add-ons). The two neighbors across the road are friendly and easy to work with (for even more crew parking, or holding etc) This is a flexible and self-contained location; logistically easy! ***FilmLA Permit*** Location Rules: No smoking Permitted and insured productions only. Production will provide trash bins and haul away all trash at wrap. Use of restroom for a crew of 10 people or fewer is allowed. Production to provide restrooms for larger crews.
