Guest Access ✔Guests have full access to the entire house. Parking & Permits ✔On-property parking for three vehicles. ✔Additional crew parking within a few minutes’ walking distance. ✔Additional parking available at nearby restaurants and Ski Beach. ✔Permits are required for parking and filming for crew—you must contact us or Big Bear Lake City for more information. We can help you facilitate the permit required. ✔If you need to accommodate more than three vehicles for your filming project, contact us for assistance in obtaining a permit. Additional Requirements & Fees ✔Primary renter must be 25 years of age to rent. ✔A Damage Protection Waiver must be purchased. ✔Liability insurance must be in effect before booking, and the property must be listed as an additional insured. ✔Housekeeping fees apply to every booking and reservation and must be discussed when inquiring. ✔Approval is required to bring an animal on property. ✔NO Smoking or Vaping is allowed on the entire property. No Exceptions. Availability: ✔Daily, nightly, and monthly bookings available.
