About the Space

Sitting high on the hill you will find this stucco sided home overlooking the Ohio Valley. With views spanning all the way into Ohio, the sunsets are magical. Inground pool, pool house, sunroom, basement with wet bar and sauna, main floor with room for entertaining lots of guests. Giant Master suit with nursery (currently set up with 2 twin beds), second master upstairs with large walk in shower. Additional bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Second floor laundry. Playground structure for kids. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate get togethers, film/print, showers, etc. Available to rent by the hour or day. We are still doing updates (flooring, interior paint, furnishings/decor) and exterior cleaning (landscaping, pressure washing). Pictures will be updated as projected completed. Please contact homeowner if you would like photos and see if the home will meet your needs. I would be happy to meet with you in person as well. This is our personal home. Overnight pets not permitted. Cats and chickens on grounds.
