About the Space

Beautiful Property renovated a few years ago with detached double car garage that also has a guest house studio apartment on top and a work shop with tools and equipment on bottom. The property is located at the end of a water inlet that connects to the Long Island Sound and it looks like a lake house or as a beach house. It has a dock that goes into the water and attached is a smaller Boat. On the grounds there is a Larger boat out of water and a sea plane. The Property is very warm and beautifully light at night. The cobble stone driveway really creates a luxurious feeling and the water in the back sets a very relaxed tone. There is a large piano inside and the view from the office is just spectacular. A must see!
