The house has a very unique color scheme on the outside and was even given an award for the updates by the the New Albany Historic Preservation Commission. You will love the historic details inside the home as well. Tall ceilings, ornate staircase, fireplaces, are just some of the features that offer a fantastic backdrop for a photoshoot. There is direct access to the Ohio River Greenway right across the street that allows you to walk along the river and enjoy the amphitheater, playground, skate park, etc., and even walk or bike to Downtown Louisville if you desired. There are also a large number of shops, bars, and restaurants in Downtown New Albany only a few blocks to the west. This house offers a historic feel in a quiet residential setting, located in an urban core, but still only minutes from parks and wetlands.
