Bright, airy and beautiful open space with solid dark wood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The French style sliding doors allows natural sunlight to shine through, filling up the space with perfect illumination. APPLIANCES Energy-efficient appliances, recessed LED lighting, double-paned windows, central AC and heating and programable thermostat. The place is so well insulated that keeps good heat during winter months without the need of even turning on the heater. Same applies to the summer months, when the sun is high and hot outside, the interior is fresh and well conditioned. SOUND SYTEM The apartment is fully hooked-up with an insane Bose sound system, inside and outside the house. TV's, Apple TV's, Ipads, Iphones, Rokus and any other electronic systems, can be connected to the main sound console allowing to hear music and/or video on the living area, separated from the bedrooms. Also, the system extends to the front yard and back area, including the bathroom. BATHROOM The bathroom features a full super relaxing rain shower head along with jets encased in the wall. An oversized bathtub with rails. A self standing Fusion Glass vessel sink with an up to the ceiling mirror and quick-dry tiles on the floor and walls. BEDROOMS The master bedroom size is 12'x10'. Features a modern wallpaper, wall and ceiling Bose sound system, a huge window looking at the roof-deck, ceiling fan with light fixture and floor-to-ceiling mirror closets the length of the room. A combination ( small size ) vault encased inside the wall of the closet and recessed lighting. All windows are double pane with lock. The smaller room is 10'x9'. Also features wall and ceiling Bose sound systems, ceiling fan with light fixture, in wall closet, access to the roof-deck, and back balcony trough a door. Also features a big window next to the door. The sun shines to strong, we had to use double sided curtains to keep the room dark in the mornings. This room is super convenient because has its own access with its own lock. All windows are double pane with lock. KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM An oversized bar-like island, divides the living and kitchen areas. Featuring a brown leathered granite finish with classic solid wood bar stools. Tons of storage, a full wall oak-wood pantry, plenty of matching cabinets, a brand new dishwasher and a stainless steel oversized fridge encased in the wall. A commercial grade oven, Wolf brand, with an overhead stainless steel hood. The kitchen has been featured on several online Blue Apron commercials. STYLE and DECOR A trendy and eclectic personality with a mediterranean air, a dash of chic and a contemporary attitude can be seen throughout the apartment. Several original NASA Space Tourism Posters along with a classic Disneyland ride poster decorate the walls. A sexy lucha libre woman poster protects the entrance of the bedrooms. A life size faux bear head hangs from the center brick wall along with hangin carnivorous plants, giving the space a sense of urban-wilderness. PARKING, FRONT YARD and ROOF-DECK We have full access to the roof-deck, surrounded on a bamboo ( tiki-like ) privacy wall. The roof-deck is located at the top of the garage. A solid wood stairway filled with solar lights shows the way up. On the top you will find a huge hammock surrounded with patio furniture. The front yard features yard furniture, a BBQ and a fire-pit.
