Beautiful open boho/modern yoga studio

About the Space

1800 square foot yoga + wellness space in a converted warehouse - 1400 square foot studio area with wall-wall mirrors on one side, pitch black wall with barre on the other. 15-foot ceilings with exposed ceiling and industrial lighting (soft ambient lighting also an option), 14-foot tall glass garage door flanked by beautiful custom curtains to filter natural light, indoor fountain and garden featuring an 8-foot, 44-year-old ficus tree named Fred and all of his garden friends, flanked by medium-sized indoor boulders. This is a fully functioning yoga studio complete with props, mats, a retail section, beautiful eclectic prop wall (many items imported from India so there is a lot of texture and color available to include in images/shoots, etc.) The dark grey cement floor features four medium to large Turkish/Moroccan style carpets (easy to move, or remove). Two bathrooms. Garage door can open to the outside (opens to a shared parking area) Entry area features black boucle benches and stools, black floor to ceiling lockers, and a small retail area (retail not available for filming without previous discussion/details shared)
