About the Space

Newly remodeled space with two studio spaces featuring newly installed sprung floors and ballet barres. Ideal for dance, yoga and fitness classes. Each studio is outfitted with Bose speakers as well as large flat screen TVs equipped with Mac minis, webcams and mics, ready for your favorite teleconferencing or broadcasting app. Each studio also comes with a full free weight set up to 30 pounds, ab dollys and stow away benches. Spacious newly remodeled reception area features an Elkay automatic water dispenser and two bathrooms as well as a lovely large, private, gated outdoor patio. Space is outfitted with a state of the art Brondel Pro aur purification system and automatic hand sanitizing stations throughout. Perfect for fitness professionals who want to teach in person classes, remote classes, a hybrid or even record a routine. With a table and chairs either studio becomes an excellent meeting space with teleconference capabilities. Would be ideal to host an all day or multi-day retreat with breakout rooms as well. Available M-Th - early - 1 PM sharp as well as any time Friday - Sunday.
