About the Space
Use our spacious and secluded Modern Farmhouse for your next project. The home is beautifully decorated with modern touches and is perfect for all types of workshop, meeting, film, video and photo projects. Our home offers a stunning primary bedroom with an amazing ensuite that features a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The living room is extremely cozy, has a fireplace, multiple seating options, and an 18ft sliding glass door that leads out to an expansive 35ft covered patio, merging the indoor and outdoor space. The living room connects to a beautiful executive office with modern glass barn doors and a beautiful accent wall. The statement room in the house is the beautiful open concept chef's kitchen and dining room that blends space for cooking and socializing. *Home is within a flight path, so some airplane noise can be heard* Please Note: Host may or not stay on-site during your booking. If the host stays on-site they will be in a lower-level apartment closed off from the main part of the home. You will have complete privacy. This home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Lots of natural light, high-end furnishings, and ample parking made it a perfect location for our video shoot. The Host was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.
