About the Space

1/2 Acre property - private road 4 story Mediterranean Style home (behind 18ft wrought iron gates) with prominent staircase leading to the front door. Concrete Stairwells leading to main balcony with large patio area, overlooking the mountains, leading to the front door. Four levels with two floors featuring wrap-around balconies with 360" view of the foothills. ULTRA PRIVATE. French Doors and Tudor windows throughout the home. Front entry foyer with formal living room and conversation area in one giant open space rectangular room. A couple stairs leading to kitchen and downstairs family/tv room. Off to the west is formal dining room with exterior side door to the outside and next to a sliding glass door that leads into a long rectangular empty room (soon to be a theater room). Venetian Travertine and hardwood floors and crown moulding throughout the home. Great place for shooting/filming. I know that Tujunga is an easy city to get permits for. and there is TONS of parking. We have shot our reality show here many times.
