About the Space

2480 Square Foot 2 story house on a private 60 Plus acre ski lake. Large dock, 2 carports, 2 sheds, and a detached garage. Perfect for outdoor filming and photography. The house has 4 covered patio areas, 2 which are screened in. The house has flat metal exterior walls which makes it very flexible to add or change features with magnetic signs or boards. The property is large, approximately 6 acres high and dry and two acres or so in the lake. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks or motorhomes. The property has a 3 acre operating blueberry farm. The farm is in season from mid to end March till the end of April. When not in season, the farm is empty except for occasional workers. The dock is approximately 300 feet long and in bad shape on the surface. It can be used.
