About the Space

Our home is a beautiful, historic, second and third floor residence filled with natural light. We are located on a charming tree lined street in Chicago, just outside of neighboring suburb Oak Park. Our living room features bay windows and floor to ceiling bookshelves original to our home, built in 1850. In addition to the stunning living room, the main floor has two bedrooms (one a large nursery and play room), a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry nook. Stairs lead to a finished attic space with four bedrooms of varying sizes as well as a half bath. We have a large fenced-in back yard with four garden beds and a large chicken coop (home to nine egg-laying hens). Toward the front of the house is a small side driveway, available for use. Street parking is permitted. Wifi is available at residence. We are a pet-free, smoke-free household. This home is filled with character and charm, inside and out!
