Available for outside only (possibly living room by arrangement). House is Santa Barbara-style split level home Lush beautiful garden includes large, sparkling turquoise L-shaped pool (40' long) with diving board and wide, shallow steps into shallow end and in-ground hot tub. Poolside wood and stucco column pergola with sofa and huge 11" redwood live-edge table. Cute, separate Santa Barbara-style pool house with toilet for changing etc. Upper garden level with lawn and seating, further upper level with mature trees. Located 10 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and ocean.
