About the Space
Beautiful 1600 sqft cottage style home on the corner of a quiet street in Santa Clarita. Minimal car/air traffic. A wonderfully landscaped walkway and front porch area. Brand new roof & exterior/interior paint with lots of filming locations inside including a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, kitchen bar, garage, pergola, outside area with bench and tall evergreen trees that can be used to look like a park, and three bedrooms/office spaces. Cozy gas fireplace with birch log set in living room. Large fenced in space outside for production staging, craft services, or trailers. High ceilings with great natural lighting. Three car drive-way with amazing street parking for production vehicles. Outdoor space has nice yard with patio furniture and pergola. There is also a mirrored wall and double sink upstairs that is perfect for hair and makeup. This is the perfect home for anything from a small shoot to a major production. Within one mile of many options for craft services. Overnight equipment storage available. Per the Santa Clarita Film Commission website "Santa Clarita is known for its fast permit turnaround, friendly service and affordable permits fees."

They are very savvy on what it takes to shoot, and our shoot went very well without a hitch - in no small part because of their support.
