To protect the property, our neighbours, and all guests, we are strict on the following: * No parties, ticketed events, open-invite events, or unapproved gatherings. * Guest count must be agreed in advance and may not exceed the approved number. * No DJs, live bands, PA systems, subwoofers, outdoor speakers, or amplified sound without written approval. * Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am. * After 10pm, noise must not be audible beyond the property line. * No loitering, drinking, smoking, or noise outside the home after quiet hours. * Parking must only be in approved areas and must not block neighbours, driveways, sidewalks, or roads. * Any neighbour, police, platform, or city complaint may result in the booking being ended immediately without refund. * Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, additional cleaning, security call-outs, legal costs, or losses caused by breach of these rules. * External security cameras and/or noise monitoring may be in use for safety and compliance. No cameras are located inside the home. By booking, guests confirm they have read and accepted these rules.
