Beautiful Cape Cod home in quiet neighborhood with HEATED pool and large backyard! This home is nestled on a large, private lot with a sweeping driveway and parking pad with room for 6-8 cars. Step through the double French glass doors to the bright, airy foyer and vaulted living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace. The living room is unfurnished, so easy to stage as you like! The primary bedroom is also modestly furnished, so it's a blank slate and can be staged for beautiful photos! The vaulted family room overlooks the pool area and features a stone fireplace with rustic beam mantle. This home also boasts a modern chef's kitchen with all stainless appliances and a spectacular owner's closet that can be used for a dressing area or makeup area (bathroom right next to it as well)! Must see! Some "blocked" dates are negotiable, e.g., Sundays- just ask! Close to stores and restaurants! Advertised rate is based on 15-30 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact.
