Once a quaint yet dilapidated two storey detached home, now transformed into a modern and narrow dwelling. The cathedral ceiling on the third floor provides soaring heights and loads of natural light, where living and dining blend in an open concept plan. A range of wood tones and bold colour choices are utilized throughout the home to create a sense of comfort and contrast the simple lines and forms of the new architecture.

The space is absolutely gorgeous and offers great natural lighting. We booked it to film a videoshoot for Social Media purposes. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location if recording audio or a quiet space is necessary for your project as the homeowners are present and the space is not completely vacant. Overall, the team was a bit uncomfortable navigating the space as the homeowners were moving about.
