Spacious yard with a swimming pool and 2 separate areas plus a Private full bathroom and enclosed lounge with ac/heat. Perfect place to entertain or for production. Plenty of outdoor furniture and 2 banquet tables, 12 chairs total, large dining set, patio umbrellas, speakers, fire pit, Large gated, private corner lot with lots of free street parking. Very close to 118, 405 and 5 frwys.

Absolutely awesome! Georgina was helpful when we needed her and otherwise stayed totally out of our way so we could shoot. At one point we needed her to take the dog in from his kennel area in the back (OFF Set) because he was barking and she did that right away! Lots of tables and chairs on set, great "Crafty" and Equipment area (with shade), small dressing/green room and good sized bathroom (big enough for actors to change in and has shelves) If you have a backyard or pool scene to shoot, or even just outdoor shots in general, this is a very economical and excellent place to do it!
