What a beautiful home! If you’re looking for a beautiful place, with all you need to a great time away, close to the beach, with a beautiful view, close to shops and restaurants, with easy parking, this is your place. The top floor great room area has a gorgeous kitchen, lots of light, and plenty of space for everyone. We stayed on a particularly warm weekend and it was nice having the AC window unit and ceiling fans. They aren’t normally needed in that portion of SoCal, but was extra nice to have that weekend. Later in the day, opened up all the upstairs windows and got that nice afternoon coastal breeze. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful. May be important to note for some that the house does have quite a few steps, as it has 3 levels. Also, for what it’s worth, 1 of the 4 bedrooms is a room that was added onto the garage. It is very nicely furnished and a beautiful room, but it is right there in the garage and has no windows. All in all, a great home!
