About the Space

Our Beachside Rest Camp is recently remodeled, 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house located 300 ft. from shoreline. Entrance to beach through the military gate is typically permitted to the non military public with government issued identification unless facility is under restricted operation guidelines (COVID), in which case access to beach is a 3 minute walk. Perfect for lounging in sun, swimming for adults and children, snorkeling, Stand up paddle boarding, Surfing and boogie boarding (designated surf area only), canoeing, etc. Three bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 Full and two tri-fold single mattresses), Living Room with 2 Lie Flat Loveseats, Full kitchen, 2 parking (tandem) with lots of extra street parking. Unit is on second floor with 18 stairs to entrance. Yard is fully fenced. Washer & Dryer available. Big patio (under rental) is available for gathering by reservation only. Note: Cleaning fee of $250 is applicable and space needs to be left in the condition it was offered and COI needs to be submitted on the day booking is accepted. Our Rest Camp home is available for all types of Photoshoots and Film shoots.
