It is high enough to have an outstanding view of the dunes, beach and ocean and low enough to see detail. There is also a view looking down on a nice and mostly uninhabited pool. Furnishings are new and contemporary trending a bit towards mid-century modern. This is a perfect location for photo shoots with a beach and ocean background.
