About the Space

🔰We are looking for uplifting and family-oriented projects. Mainly film productions, documentaries, commercials, and photo shoots. Absolutely NO PORNOGRAPHIC, SEXUAL , NUDITY, HORROR, PARANORMAL content of any kind will be accepted in the house at all. <<< FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs Please check with city of Huntington Beach for the Filming Permit. For indoors shooting we do not necessarily require a film permit. ** Guests must provide proof of insurance for the booking to be accepted; COMMON SENSE RULES: • No loud music after 6 pm; Unless inside the house and agreed by the host. • NO SMOKING-- This house is a 100% SMOKE-FREE AREA, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. • No Pets. If you are doing a shoot and need pets for a specific shot let us know and we can make arrangements. • No shoes on the carpets/rugs. Please wear booties. Exception for actors. • No violence, cursing or disrespect in the house at any moment; • WiFi available upon request for Producers/Directors only; • Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking. A fee of $130 will be charged for trash if it is not collected properly; • The Production must provide covering/Ram boards for the floors inside the house to avoid scratches or damage. • House power can only be used for smaller lights (no Joker 800, M18 or above) for larger projects with great power requirement must use a generator; • Basecamp, holding area and crafty service must be in the garage or driveway (no food inside the house). Production must provide their own chairs and tables for crafty and holding. The production CANNOT use the house furniture for holding at any moment; • Minors have to work under the supervision and/or approval of the guardian adult; • Toilet is provided for up to 25 people. For production larger than 25 people, production must provide a portable toilet; (up to 20 people without extra charge) • NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM. • A walk-through is required before and after all bookings to ensure there is no damage or anything missing. • Check out time finishes when the last crew/cast member leaves our place. 🔰 Do you have a project that does not fit some rules?
