About the Space

Studio B is a spacious, production-ready warehouse offering approximately 17,000 sq ft of flexible space with 24 ft ceilings, designed to accommodate a wide range of creative projects. Currently, the space features a full basketball court, which can be removed if your production requires an open layout (please contact the page admin in advance for arrangements). The warehouse is equipped with steel beams at ceiling height, providing secure mounting points for lighting, rigging, and other production equipment. A scissor lift is also available on-site, making overhead installations safe and efficient for crews of all sizes. Studio B has proven to be highly versatile, having hosted commercials, music videos, livestreams, YouTube content, branded shoots, large-scale photo productions, and more. Its expansive, open design allows for everything from set construction to immersive experiences, making it ideal for both high-end productions and fast-turnaround content creation. Production logistics are straightforward, with three loading dock doors—including one drive-in bay—allowing for easy access for vehicles, gear, and set pieces. Along with the larger warehouse space, production offices are included with your rental. An additional kitchen & green room can also be accessed during the duration of your rental period for an additional fee.
