About the Space
Photoshoots, weddings, events and film and commercial productions. We have created a private oasis in Sand Canyon / Canyon Country. Just about 20 minutes away from LA. As you can see we have multiple areas to congregate, from the large water features, to the huge bbq area. A large pool with water features. The space is private, quiet and secluded. Wifi is available and there are electric outlets throughout the backyard. We have a large driveway and parking that can accommodate over 50 cars. We have outdoor his and hers restrooms with individual AC and you also get access to one of the rooms in the house as a changing room which also includes a restroom with a door that access the outdoor. Filming is not permitted inside. We live/work in our home and will be available to ensure the success of your project. If you have special requests, just ask as we are flexible as to accommodations.

This location is AMAZING! Definitely worth every penny. David is awesome and so helpful and accommodating to everything we needed. We shot a music video here for a pop artist and this space had so many different angles and places to film - it was almost hard to choose with how many options you have here! Very clean space - everything is working and brand new. You can even store waters and drinks in his fridge. Everyone that was part of this video was very impressed with how beautiful this location was! We are still getting compliments weeks after! And David is SO cool. Will definitely be using his space again! Thank you David! :)

We rented this dreamy space out to host a prom send-off for our daughter and we could not have been more pleased with space and service. David was an exceptional host with quick responses and timely support. His home is absolutely beautiful - the grounds are clean and immaculate , landscaping is lush, parking is plentiful, and space is jaw- dropping. There’s so much flexibility To make any event unique and special. We had the most amazing day and are so happy we found the perfect location to make memories.
