Backyard in farmland country with Wild West theme

About the Space

The backyard of the old schoolhouse is a unique place, set on 2 acres, and surrounded by tall hedges for privacy. Previous owner had wild west theme outbuildings including a chapel, saloon, and European fountain with goldfish. The backyard is not pristine by any means as we are navigating the permitting process to open up the main building and expand the Rose Farm. We have landscapers will that mow and weed every couple of weeks to keep the yard in good shape. The property borders a large dairy operation (there is often a manure smell, especially when they are spraying the fields with fertilizer) and there is a train track couple blocks down the street (the train runs often thru the town of Silvana). There are some amazing photo opportunities and there is a large open and level space for smaller gatherings (under 50 people). The large open field with the Viking sign can accommodate 25 cars and there is also additional paved parking at the Church next door (with their permission).
