Unique features include wild biodiversity in the city, rural setting with minimal traffic, proximity to both the beach and downtown in less than 10 minutes, and many different areas: avocado ranch, plumeria trees, medicinal/culinary/herb gardens, olive allée, citrus and pomegranate groves, mangoes and cherimoyas, a passion fruit tunnel, a Gamay Noir vineyard, scrub oak forest and trail, and open plateaus of beach sand. Crew and truck parking with plenty of basecamp room. Very little overhead or road traffic and a single two lane quiet road surrounds. Easily accessible. Insurance required.
