This stunning stone-clad property offers a versatile and beautifully maintained backyard perfect for a variety of productions, from photoshoots to film scenes requiring a distinct Mediterranean or rustic Italian ambiance. Our expansive exterior features multiple distinct zones: a grand, sun-drenched central courtyard backed by the villa's impressive arched facade, a shaded, intimate nook defined by ancient stone walls and lush greenery (ideal for quiet interviews or secluded seating), and a tranquil lounging area with comfortable sunbeds nestled beneath mature trees. We pride ourselves on the peaceful and authentic atmosphere, and while we welcome commercial bookings, we prefer not hosting noisy events (loud music, and such) to ensure the preservation of the serene environment and respect for the location.
