It is 3 minutes from Tyler Perry Studios, 7 minutes from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, 10 minutes from downtown, a brisk walk to the Beltline, 2 minutes from John A. White Golf Course AND only 16 minutes away from Hartsfield Jackson Airport. NIC is in a quiet residential neighborhood and on a rather large lot. There’s also a modest movie room in the unfinished basement for movie and/or games.
