About the Space

This former bookstore offers a 37 m² ground floor space, full of character and benefiting from great visibility from the street. Two large display windows let in natural light and offer excellent visibility. The layout revolves around a spacious main room, open directly onto the windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. This space includes a comfortable sofa and a modular table that can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for meetings, small workshops, creative sessions, photo shoots, or intimate productions. An open kitchen is integrated into the space, facilitating long-term bookings or receptions with catering. At the back, a peaceful relaxation area overlooks the building's inner courtyard, offering a more intimate corner. A small table in the courtyard also allows for outdoor meals or informal breaks. One of the assets of this space is its 13 m² bathroom located in the vaulted cellar, accessible directly by a spiral staircase. The architectural details of the cellar add to the charm of the place. For security reasons, the facade is equipped with exterior security roller shutters. Visits to the premises are by appointment only. The minimum rental duration is 9 hours.
