Spacious, urban chic, full of natural light, corner loft located in one of Downtown LA's most historic buildings. Space has concrete floors and columns, large windows encircling the loft, gourmet kitchen and island, a wall built with floor to ceiling bookshelf, and an urban lifestyle esthetic. Efuru was so amazing to work with. She was so accommodating and willing to help us pull together what we could to make our story come to life. It was a true pleasure working with her. The space is beautiful and makes for a great either DTLA or faux NYC set. The bookshelf is even more magnificent in person!

Efuru's loft offers the beauty and ambiance of an urban loft setting. She is very easy to work with and accommodating to all the changes that often happen when making production decisions. In addition to her accommodation, the building is very film friendly and was able to help us logistically with our load in. I look forward to showing Efuru's loft on location scouting further projects.
