Perfect place for production projects and creative Photoshoots. Incredible clean neighborhood, very safe and free street parking in Beverlywood, which is rare in LA. We provide camera equipment upon request as well.

The attached film studio was a huge bonus—perfect lighting, flexible setups, and everything we needed for both stills and video. The host was incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive, making the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.
