About the Space
*PLEASE NOTE* - Please note cleaning fee of $150 also includes the use of AC/Heater, utilities, and amenities that come with the space. If I wave this fee then you can't use the AC/Heater or other amenities. We have 12 colored seamless backdrops. They are free to use as long as they dont get damaged or stepped on with shoe prints. If they do then its $15 for each backdrop. Flat walls are also available but need prior notice to be set up. Our space is an open concept warehouse designed just for your creative ambitions! Whether you're into filming, photography, plays, workshops, or events, we've got you covered. You'll love our grid system that lets you easily hang lights, curtains, and cool decorations to set the perfect mood. Plus, our place is air-conditioned and heated, so you'll stay comfy while you work on your projects. Parking won't be a problem with our huge parking lot, and we even have a special alley to help you bring in all your gear, cars, or big stuff hassle-free. Great location for a perfect halloween Birthday Party. Avid was helpful and allowed us to come look at the place before making our decision. He was also able to put together a little light package that we could use while the event was going on. Thank you again Avid for the perfect place!

Did a fun Halloween instagram shoot here and this place was Amazing 🤩 Avid was super accommodating and helpful. Anything we needed he was there. Was able to scout the place prior to plan, the parking space was great & overall experience was exceptional. Would highly recommend! There’s so many creative options you can do here. Very versatile.
