This beautiful, newly renovated, modern home is IDEAL for photoshoots, commercials, film-making, music videos & podcasts. Custom design and sleek finishings make this a great luxury option, immersed in natural light from 12 skylights this space is magical. Full chef's kitchen with modern built in appliances, white quartz counters and Alkaline h2o water filter, environmentally friendly products, steam shower, camera entry security system. Our site rep who will spend the day with you, will welcome you and show you around and work with whatever needs you may have during your shoot, production, ... PLEASE NOTE: - All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day events, please let us know. - We also require an insurance policy COI in the homeowners name and a small refundable deposit. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & EVENTS -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your event a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: - Total number of people - Desired date(s) - Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down - Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING: We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. PARKING: There are 2 free parking spaces in our house next door if you wish to rent them and paid 15 car parking lot 30 yards away we can rent for you and two larger paid parking lots nearby. Also there is free street parking. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to explain the simple and convenient loading instructions. ALLEY ACCESS: Parking in the alley is strictly prohibited and will result in towing, citation and removal from the property. NO SMOKING: This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. DAMAGE: Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. The homeowner requires proof on insurance with his name printed on it.
