Step into a world where 1980s maximalism meets the moody elegance of 1930s Art Deco! The 1,200 sq ft of 3 separate rooms feature bold colors, ornate details, and luxurious charm. Host up to 60 guests when spread out between the vibrantly carpeted living room featuring a small stage with piano, a bedroom suite with a queen bed and decorative antique fireplace, and two unique bathrooms with black-and-white checkered flooring, cityscape mirrors, and a clawfoot tub. Amenities include air conditioning, a hair/makeup vanity area, Wi-Fi, and free street parking. The elegant furniture, dramatic stairs, ornate blue neon chandelier, and fiber optically lit skyline art wall make our home a truly unique and stylish venue for events, meetings, or productions.
