Central, but very private and quiet. Could hear a pin drop inside. Everything's new from roof to foundation, heat/AC system, highest speed wifi, whole house wired in and out with speakers, including 5.2 surround + movie projector in living room, 2-car car park with electric car charger. Street parking is free, without meters or restrictions, all along the West side of Fareholm Dr. Access from North Orange Grove or Fairfax. Interior = 1015 sq ft. Deck = 300 sq ft.
