No freight elevator is available. -We have a air-conditioning unit in the space, but please be aware that it's an old building that doesn't have modern insulation, so the space may get hot on hot days. -We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to the address, in order to make sure you have time to park, unload and get to our unit on the 3rd floor.
