Renter will be responsible for clearing all trash generated at the Event to be hauled off by the Renter and/or vendor
The Property Manager shall have the right to enter the Space at any time for any reasonable purpose
Renter may cancel the Event by notifying the Property Manager by providing notice one hundred eighty (180) days or more
