A 6,000 sq ft open-concept event space in the heart of Silicon Slopes, minutes from I-15. The flexible, modular floor adapts to corporate offsites, board meetings, workshops, seminars, networking mixers, private parties, product launches, and photo or video shoots. A built-in stage, professional audio system, microphones, speakers, and a projector with screens support presentations and performances, while a comfortable lounge area keeps guests relaxed. The industrial-modern aesthetic photographs beautifully and needs little extra decor. The space comfortably hosts up to 200 guests and includes 30 tables with seating. Wi-Fi is available, the ground floor is ADA accessible, and there are 50 free on-site parking spaces. In-house catering is available, and outside caterers are welcome. Flexible half-day and full-day bookings make it easy to host everything from a focused workshop to an all-day event.
