Outdoors but on private property, fully enclosed and out of public view. No through-traffic. All graffiti is camera safe and royalty free. Housed within our parking lot for a secure and controlled environment. Make-up Room and Bathroom- This dedicated, three bank, lit space can be used for changing, makeup, and special effects applications. Prop Room- Includes various props and wardrobe from Astronaut Costumes and Military Vests to Set Decorations and foam body parts. Screening and Green Room – Can be used for playback viewing, equipment staging, or as a Green Room. Library/Game/Podcast Room – Great for production meetings and table reads.
