WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH EVERY BOOKING: Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 professional sound system, DJ controller, 75-inch 4K touchscreen with reactive AI visuals, two projectors (overhead and tabletop with projection mapping option), ambient LED lighting, full professional lighting kit with C-stands, booms, COB lights, and modifiers, wireless and wired microphone kits, double couch, triple couch, 5-foot folding tables, prep kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, two bathrooms (one wheelchair accessible), freight elevator with street-level load-in, and high-speed fiber WiFi. THE SPACE: Hardwood floors throughout. Natural light from oversized windows or full blackout capability. A drop-down wall with a 15-foot one-way mirror divides the room into two distinct areas — perfect for observation setups, green rooms, or creative staging. An adjoining vocal booth provides sound isolation for recording or private conversations. The space transforms completely depending on your vision. IDEAL FOR: Photo shoots, video production, commercials, music videos, content creation, castings, documentary interviews, corporate events, private parties, product launches, cocktail receptions, screenings, workshops, podcast recording, focus groups, and market research sessions. Professional A/V technician with over 30 years of experience is on standby for every booking — included in your rate. Pricing starts at $300/hour with a 5-hour minimum for productions and events. Podcast recording available at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
