Made in NY certified. 1,200 square feet, 13-foot ceilings, freight elevator access, hardwood floors, full blackout, and a power layout designed for actual film and photo work — not retrofitted from a residential apartment. The space has hosted shoots for clients including Marvel, Disney, Netflix, Apple, Google, Spotify, Nike, Conde Nast, Hearst, Random House, Penguin, HarperCollins, and Simon & Schuster. Carlos Montoya — owner, former TEDx Bushwick executive producer, 30-year A/V and camera professional — runs the space personally and is on-site. Sony FX6 operator package available when Carlos is hired as DP.
