Double Car garage with pool & beach toys. The entire Property rents for Seven Nights (Saturday to Saturday) $7,200 plus Tax During peak Season. Five Nights $5,200 plus Tax. There is additional 12.5% State of Florida tax to all rental rates. Plus flat Thrid Party $620 Cleaning Fee for either Peak or Off Season Off Season Three Night Weekend Special $3,600 plus Tax & Cleaning Fee. Checkin 4:00 PM Checkout 10:00 AM.
